— §01 · For lawyers
Want to work on new matters in family, criminal or Maria da Penha cases?
Agavus is technology, not a law firm: it distributes no cases, sells no referrals and takes no share of fees. When there is a partner law firm, that firm decides whether and how to invite lawyers to collaborate on its own cases. Leave your details to hear when that opens.
Before you sign up
It is the partner law firm that invites lawyers to collaborate, under its own rules and the OAB's.
- Signing up does not guarantee cases.
- No partner law firm is confirmed yet.
- We do not pass your name or contact details to clients, and we do not sell referrals.
— §02 · How it will work
The law firm decides. Agavus only lets you know.
The network of collaborators belongs to the partner law firm: the criteria, conflict checks, contract and fees are its own. Agavus provides the technology and takes no part in the choice.

You leave your e-mail, OAB number and areas
On a private list. Nobody sees it, and it never becomes a directory.
- 02
We let you know when a network opens
When a partner law firm opens its network of collaborators, you receive an e-mail with its name and how it selects.
- 03
The law firm decides
If there is interest on both sides, contact and agreement are directly with the firm, under its rules and the OAB's.
— §03 · Sign-up
We will let you know when a network opens.
One e-mail when a partner law firm opens its network of collaborators, with its name and its criteria. No case is promised, and nothing about clients passes through here.
You are on the network list.
When a partner law firm opens its network, we will write to you. Until then, no other e-mail.
